Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders from our UK Warehouse are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Please Note! We hold some of our products in our Europe Warehouse. Products being sent from Europe have a 5-7 working Day Delivery Time. Please check in the product description before purchasing.

Depending on availability, we reserve the right to use carriers that may not stated above. This is to ensure there is no delays in delivery.


Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email sales@droneroom.co.uk to request a refund to begin processing the request.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Make sure returns are sent by recorded delivery and proof of postage is kept as we cannot refund an item

that has been lost in the post.

Return Exceptions


Items can not be returned or Refunded if they are Opened, Used, Soldered due to the nature of the Hobby.



Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that was paid on the order.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges however please contact us regarding this as we may be able to find a alternative solution.
